Raise the Flag!
For the first year ever, all nine Johnson & Johnson sites in Ireland will proudly display the Pride Flag. The Pride Flag, or Rainbow Flag, will be displayed for the month of June in honour of international LGBTQ+ Pride Month.
The initiative is being organised by the Johnson & Johnson Open&Out Employee Resource Group, a group of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender professionals and allies within Johnson & Johnson who are open minded and out to make a difference in the workplace and in the community.
The flying of the rainbow flag serves as a visible symbol of the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, and Johnson & Johnson’s credo commitment to showing respect for all employees.
