Cork Business Association (CBA) is launching a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan, charting a course for impactful initiatives across Cork City. To provide businesses in Cork with an in-depth understanding of this strategic vision, an evening briefing has been scheduled at The Imperial Hotel on Thursday, January 25th, starting at 6 pm. Members and all interested parties are invited to attend
This strategic plan follows a meticulous review conducted in 2023, in collaboration with Garden City Culture. The CBA evaluated its purpose, policies, and activities, resulting in the formulation of new Strategic Pillars led by local experts.
Businesses in Cork are encouraged to attend the event to explore the strategies aimed at maximising Cork’s potential.
The event also promises a networking opportunity for attendees to connect with the city’s business owners and managers. The Imperial Hotel, Cork’s oldest hotel, will serve refreshments throughout the evening.
Speaking about the launch of the strategy, CBA President Kevin Herlihy, said, “It’s an exciting time for the Cork Business Association and for Cork City. The City is currently at a crucial juncture; we’re in a significant growth phase with increasing investments into the city, while smaller local businesses also experience economic pressure. CBA strives to support both and maintain Cork City as a safe and clean city, a city to reside in, work, or visit and also own and grow a local business. Join us at our upcoming evening briefing to gain insights into this complex scenario and explore potential involvement in what lies ahead for Cork.”
The event is free to attend, and the CBA extends an open invitation to the business community to participate and contribute to shaping Cork’s dynamic future.
