Easter Sunday Lunch @Season’s Restaurant
Seasons Restaurant has launched its Easter Sunday Lunch menu featuring favourite family classics and contemporary dishes.
Seasonal white, purple and green asparagus make appearances on the menu – served with Poached Egg & Hollandaise Sauce; and also with Courgette Carpaccio, Toasted Pine Nuts, and Shaved Fennel.
Other delicious starters include Panfried Scallops with Pea Puree; and Crunchy Roasted Carrots with hazelnut and feta cheese and ginger, honey and lemon dressing, as well as Seasons famous Caesar Salad.
Roasted Saddle of Lamb, Grilled Fillet of Beef and Thornhill Duck Breast are among the tempting main courses created by Executive Chef Alberto Rossi and his team,
For dessert – Hot Cross Bread and Butter Pudding; Raspberry, Orange and Almond Battenburg and a Butterscotch Blondie feature, created by Pastry Chef Orna Larkin and a cheese plate with a host of Irish cheese including Ballylysk, Cashel Blue, Durrus, and Hegarty Cheddar.
