A brand new complete mind and body escape has been created by the Spa therapist experts at Monart Destination Spa. The ‘Monart Wellness Retreat’ is now available as a 2-night residential stay or as a day-spa visit at the five-star Destination Spa.

Guests can enjoy a two-night ‘Wellness Retreat’ stay which includes accommodation in one of the luxurious Monart bedrooms overlooking the majestic gardens, delicious dinner on one evening at the award-winning house restaurant, a sumptuous breakfast each morning and lunch on one day at the Spa Café. Designed to increase energy the stay includes access to Breathing Meditation and Yoga classes and the treatments are selected to offer a unique experience and to allow guests to begin their journey to restore the body and mind. Guests can take time to relax, clear their minds and enjoy the carefully curated therapies which include a 60-minute Tension Release Back Wrap with Indian Head Massage to encourage complete relaxation and a choice of either Reiki or Reflexology. This two-night ‘Wellness Retreat’ is available from €600 per person sharing.
During the ‘Day Spa Wellness Retreat’ guests can enjoy an early check-in from 8 am and immerse themselves in the world-class Monart Thermal Suite enjoying a series of warming and cooling therapies to relax the body and mind. 2-course healthy lunch with a range of Vegan options is served at the Spa Café. For body therapy a mix of Yoga and Stretch and Relax classes are available along with a choice of two therapist-led treatments. These include an Indian Head Massage to encourage complete relaxation and a choice of either Reiki or Reflexology or a Detoxifying Marine Thalasso Body Scrub and Wrap. The Day Spa Wellness Retreat is available at €200 per person.
