Trigon Hotels has introduced a number of policies around flexible working hours, fertility, diversity and inclusion, and the menopause.
The hotel group has an ongoing partnership with Cope Foundation which includes the development of a sensory garden at the charity’s property in Montenotte, Cork City and the Ability at Work programme, which offers people with a disability a chance at employment.
Trigon Hotels were the winners in the Best Workplace Diversity Strategy category at last year’s awards.
