Uplifting Citrus Blend
Bright, citrusy scents invigorate and refresh any environment. Use this blend to wake up your senses on languid afternoons, or energise your day first thing in the morning. This mood-boosting blend also supports the immune system and eases anxiety and irritability.
- 5 drops of Orange essential oil
- 5 drops of Lime essential oil
- 3 drops of Grapefruit essential oil
Cooling Hay Fever Blend
This recipe helps to calm inflamed sinuses and promotes easier breathing. Lemon refreshes and uplifts whilst the peppermint, eucalyptus and lavender oils help to soothe irritation and open your airways.
- 2 drops of Peppermint essential oil
- 2 drops of Lemon essential oil
- 2 drops of Lavender essential oil
- 2 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil
Clearing Outdoor Blend
Whether you’re BBQing in the garden or sitting on the patio under the stars, this tension-relieving, cleansing mix will freshen the night air, with the lemongrass and tea tree oils helping to keep the bugs at bay.
- 2 drops of Lemongrass essential oil
- 2 drops of Tea Tree essential oil
- 3 drops of Geranium essential oil
Relaxing Floral Blend

How to diffuse your blends
- Ensure the diffuser is off.
- Remove both cover and the plastic lid.
- Approximately add 100ml of water to the tank.
- Add the essential oils.
- Put the plastic lid and cover back on the diffuser.
- Turn your diffuser back on.
- Choose your preferred light and mist settings.
