Zero Day Con organisers have announced that the Chief Information Officer at the United States’ Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) will be a keynote speaker at the cybersecurity event on March 10th, 2022. Special Agent (SA) Laukik Suthar is the latest exciting addition to the lineup for Zero Day Con which will return as an in-person conference for the first time in two years.
As part of the Department of the Navy, NCIS is charged with investigating felony crime, preventing terrorism and protecting secrets for the US Navy and Marine Corps. Its CIO SA Laukik Suthar is a senior expert and advisor for information technology and cybersecurity strategy. He oversees a range of topics relating to data security for NCIS Headquarters, its 19 field offices and 191 satellite locations in 41 countries outside the US. Laukik says he’s looking forward to visiting Dublin: “I am very excited to speak at Zero Day Con 2022. The event will be a great opportunity to discuss cyber resiliency, and how private and public organisations can collaborate effectively on cyber initiatives”.
