Commenting on his appointment, Donagh said, “While the need for effective automation software has been an increasing requirement for businesses over the past number of years, recent events and changes to our working environment have certainly accelerated this. As businesses face new challenges, SmartOffice caters for the growing requirements of document automation and workflow solutions within the modern office and I’m delighted to join the team at this exciting time for the business. The recent launch of their new automation software ‘ClearanceTec’ in response to Brexit and the increase in customs clearance declarations now required is testament to their problem-solving ethos and I look forward to working with the team at SmartOffice to develop and extend our range of solutions.”
A Business Graduate of GMIT and from County Tipperary, Donagh is probably best known for his accomplishments on the GAA field, holding two Munster Championship medals and three All Ireland Hurling medals.
