Caroline Murphy, owner at West Cork Eggs, will represent Network Ireland West Cork in the Emerging New Business category at the national Network Ireland Businesswoman of the Year awards final on Friday September 14, 2018, in The Galmont Hotel & Spa, Galway.
Speaking ahead of the final, Caroline Murphy said: “My journey from city chic to country chick has been amazing with lots of fun and new experiences along the way. From our first four hens to now supplying 21 Supervalu stores, as well as other independent shops and customers has been beyond my wildest expectations!
“I have learnt so much and grown personally, as well as the business. To win the Network Ireland West Cork Best Emerging Business award was a great honour and to be recognised by my peers is very humbling and motivating. To represent the Network Ireland West Cork branch at national level is an absolute honour and I truly hope to make everyone proud. Network Ireland is an amazing and inspirational organisation that I would recommend to all and I look forward to meeting the other finalists too.”
The inaugural Network Ireland West Cork Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2018 luncheon took place in Liss Ard Estate, Skibbereen, Cork, in May, 2018.
